Flamengo beat Chapecó 3-1 and are in the quarterfinals of the Superliga B
After a fierce battle, Mengão stood out with excellent serves and blocks, securing victory in the fourth set.

In a match held this Tuesday (11), in Gávea, Flamengo beat Chapecó 3-1 and secured victory with a great performance, especially in the second and third sets. With the triumph, Mengão finishes the first phase in sixth place.
Shaw, the red-and-black center, scored the first point of the match. The game started evenly, with both teams battling point for point. The visiting team took the lead, 6-5, but the gap didn't widen. It was then that Chapecó managed to open up a four-point lead: 9-5.
Mengão tried to recover with some consecutive points, but ended up being overcome in the first set, which ended 25 to 17 for Chapecó.
In the second set, Flamengo started by pressing Chapecó, taking a 3-0 lead. However, the visiting team quickly equalized. Mengão continued to impose their game, with solid blocks and attacks, opening a 10-6 lead. After the technical timeout, Chapecó managed to even the score at 12-12. Already close to 20 points, the Santa Catarina team turned the score around to 19-16. Then, with a powerful serve, Maria Clara, number 10, tied the match with an ace: 19-19. After the tie, Flamengo grew in the game and closed the second set at 25-22.
The third set began differently than the previous ones. Flamengo took the lead and didn't let up, eventually opening up a 2-point lead. After the technical timeout, Mengão widened the gap even further, reaching 14-8. With a more aggressive game, hitting the ball in their turns, the team closed the set 25-16.
In the fourth set, Flamengo was in control from the opening points. With firm dominance, they took a 17-12 lead. With just a few points remaining, Mengão gave Chapecó no room to hide, winning the set 25-20, securing a 3-1 victory.
