Flamengo defeats Recife Vôlei 3-0 and secures second victory in Superliga B

In a match held this Thursday (09), in Gávea, Flamengo beat Recife Vôlei by 3 sets to 0 and secured their second victory in Superliga B. The match was marked by balance in the first set, dominance in the second and recovery in the third, consolidating the good moment of the red-black team in the competition.
The first set started evenly, with constant lead changes and frequent ties. Recife Vôlei had the biggest advantage, leading 11-8, but Flamengo quickly rallied and tied the match at 12-12. The match remained tight until the end, when the Rio de Janeiro team closed the set 25-22.
In the second set, Flamengo took control from the start, eventually opening up a five-point lead. Despite a technical call that helped Recife Vôlei fight back and tie the score at 22-22, the red-and-black team remained calm. After tense moments, Flamengo secured the set victory 31-29, extending the overall score to 2-0.
The third set saw a more difficult start for Flamengo, who made mistakes and saw Recife Vôlei open up a considerable lead. Even so, the team showed resilience, reducing a six-point deficit to just two, making the score 11-9 for the Pernambuco team. Flamengo then came back to 18-17 and held the lead until the end, winning the set 25-21 and closing the match 3-0.
