The Rio de Janeiro State Volleyball Federation conducted a survey among the coaches of the Clubs that participated in the Championships and Cups in the 2007 season to elect the best of the year in the sport.

The only restriction: coaches could not vote for athletes on their teams.

In the adult category, Erik Rossi (libero) and Renan Barbosa (spiker) received the most votes.

Male Junior: six technicians\ Igor Varela (pointer) – 3 votes\

Female Junior: eight coaches\ Thamires Ferreira (setter) – 6 votes\

Male child: seven technicians\ Lucian Santos (center) – 5 votes\

Girls' Children's: twelve coaches\ Luiza Fernandes (middle blocker) – 5 votes\ Luisa Sertã (setter) – 9 votes\

Boys' Children's: eight technicians\ Felipe Terra (pointer) – 3 votes\

Female Infant: nine coaches\ Gabriela Baeta (libero) – 4 votes\

Male youth: seven coaches\ Erik Rossi (libero) – 2 votes\

Female Youth:\ Flamengo had no representatives in this category.\
