On Saturday night (01), Flamengo faced ASCADE at the Hélio Maurício Gymnasium, in Gávea, and won 3 sets to 1 in a match marked by balance and red-black dominance. After losing the first set by 25 to 23, the team reacted strongly, controlling the next three sets with partial scores of 25 to 18, 25 to 17 and 25 to 20. With a strong pace in the final stretch, Flamengo secured fifth place and achieved its fourth victory in the national competition.

The first set was evenly matched, with the score alternating. ASCADE managed to open a small lead late on, but Mengão managed to equalize. However, in the decisive moments, Flamengo lost its way and ended up losing 25-23.

In the second set, the story was different. The red-and-black girls started strong, imposing their pace and opening up an advantage from the first points. Without any scares, Flamengo maintained complete control and closed the match at 25-18.

The third set started similarly to the second. The Gávea players didn't let the pace drop and continued to force the game, opening up a good lead on the scoreboard. Keeping the energy high, Flamengo closed it out at 25-17, turning the match around to two sets to one.

In the fourth and final set, the match was once again evenly matched, reminiscent of the first set, with the lead alternating between the teams. However, Flamengo managed to regain control, opening up a lead, and closing the match 25-20, securing a three-sets-to-one victory.
