Sesc RJ Flamengo is aiming for the highest spot on the podium once again in its history. Coach Bernardinho's team hosts Fluminense this Monday (October 13.10th) at 20:30 pm at Tijuca Tênis Clube in the grand final of the Campeonato Carioca, with live coverage on SporTV2 and a dedicated fan base. Tickets can be purchased through the Guichê Web website. 

Seeking its 20th state title, the Rubro-Negro earned home court for the final thanks to its best performance in the first phase. Therefore, the presence of the fans is a huge asset. Last Thursday (October 09.10), the 3-1 victory over the Tricolor at Hebraica demonstrated the team's resilience in difficult times and strengthened the team's bond.

"I believe this final against Fluminense will be a great match. I know we're very excited to face a great opponent and give our best on the court on Monday. Our team has already made great strides this season. When we work together and trust each other, we have a better chance of success on the court. I'm excited to see how well we can do this season," said American outside hitter Simone Lee.

In the Campeonato Carioca, which also featured Tijuca Tênis Clube, the three participants faced each other in a round-robin format, and the top two teams will compete for the cup.

Sesc RJ Flamengo lifted the Carioca trophy on the following occasions: 2004; 2005; 2006; 2007; 2008; 2009; 2010; 2011; 2012; 2013; 2014; 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
