Sesc RJ Flamengo ended its participation in the Brazil Cup. This Friday (February 27.02th), the red-and-black team was defeated by Osasco São Cristóvão Saúde in straight sets, with scores of 21-25, 24-26 and 17-25, at the Moringão gymnasium, in Londrina (PR).

The Rio de Janeiro team now turns its attention to the match against Gerdau Minas, next Friday (March 06.03th), at 21:30 pm, in Belo Horizonte, for the Superliga, and, for that, hopes to take the lessons learned from the defeat in the Paraná city. Middle blocker Lorena, top scorer for Sesc RJ Flamengo in the match, with 11 points, acknowledged Osasco's superiority on the court.

"I believe they managed to be more consistent and made fewer mistakes. From a certain point in the game, we started making a lot of mistakes. We managed to get back to the rhythm of the first set, which was very good, but they had a better night and deserved the victory," Lorena assessed.
