Sesc RJ Flamengo plays the classic match against Osasco, aiming for the Superliga lead.
In a duel of undefeated teams, Bernardinho's team relies on tactical discipline to seek victory this Monday (24), at 21 pm, away from home.

With a 100% winning record in the Women's Superliga, Sesc RJ Flamengo faces another tough challenge. Aiming for the top spot, coach Bernardinho's team will play the biggest classic match in Brazilian volleyball against Osasco São Cristóvão Saúde this Monday (November 24.11th) at 21 PM at the José Liberatti arena, with the challenge of breaking their rival's unbeaten streak. SporTV2 and VBTV will broadcast the match live.
The only team that hasn't lost a set in the championship, Sesc RJ Flamengo is in third place in the standings with 15 points, but has played one less game than Osasco, the leader with 17. The Rubro-Negro (Flamengo) has so far defeated Paulistano Barueri, Dentil Praia Clube, Tijuca, Brasília Vôlei, and Sancor Maringá.
Having won the last Superliga with the São Paulo team, setter Giovana knows her next opponent well. To contain the opponent's offensive power and deal with the pressure from the crowd, she recalls that it's necessary to remain faithful to Bernardinho's instructions from beginning to end.
"We had a very productive week of training and we're facing a big challenge away from home. We know how much Osasco thrives with its fans at José Liberatti and we're ready for a battle. My last three seasons there were full of growth, so it's special to return to the city. We'll need to play with unity and tactical discipline. It's a derby that affects everyone involved and we'll be aiming for our best," said Giovana.
Sesc RJ Flamengo reached the top of the podium in the national competition in the 1997/1998 and 1999/2000 seasons (both in Curitiba), 2005/2006, 2006/2007, 2007/2008, 2008/2009, 2010/2011, 2012/2013, 2013/2014, 2014/2015, 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 (in Rio de Janeiro).
The 2025/2026 Superliga features 12 teams, which will face each other in a home-and-away format. The quarterfinals will feature the top eight teams from the qualifying phase in a best-of-three playoff. The semifinals will also be best-of-three, while the final will be a single-game series.
