Sesc RJ Flamengo secured its second victory in the Women's Superliga. Away from home, coach Bernardinho's team beat Paulistano Barueri, this Friday (01.11/3), by 1 sets to 25, with partial scores of 17/12, 25/25, 20/25 and 20/XNUMX, in São Paulo.
Rubro-Negro performed well in the three sets they won, reaching six points in the championship standings, jumping to fifth place, tied with Fluminense but behind on set difference. "I'm very happy. It's a dream come true to wear this jersey, and the trophy is the result of a lot of teamwork. We're working hard to grow. We know it won't be easy, but we have a lot of faith in our team. We're building our team together game after game. We've had some difficulties, but we've overcome them," Edinara said.
The Rio team returns to the court on Tuesday (05.11), at 21:30 pm, in the classic against Osasco, again away from home.
