A The partnership between Flamengo and RJ Vôlei, which began in 2020, is entering a new chapter. President Luiz Eduardo Baptista and coach Bernardinho have sealed a new co-management agreement. The project aims to strengthen the team so that, in the next three years, Flamengo will be ready to compete in the Club World Cup with a real chance of winning the title.

The new phase foresees greater investments starting this season, with a work plan focused on high-performance results. Flamengo is taking a more active role in building the sports project, working with Sesc, the team's main sponsor, and RJ Vôlei to assemble a squad with the potential to compete for major national and international titles. President Bap praised the new partnership: "It's a great satisfaction and honor to be entering this new phase. The most important title is the one we haven't won yet, the one that's yet to come."

Coach Bernardinho also celebrated the signing of the agreement. "We're not just renewing the partnership, but building something even stronger, closer in sports management," Bernardinho emphasized. "With more support and investment, we'll have a stronger and more competitive team. We have a common goal: to compete in the World Cup within three years. That's the goal: to get there," Bernardinho said.

Flamengo's Director of Olympic Sports, Marcus Vinícius Freire, highlighted Bernardinho's successful career, recalled the coach's seven Olympic medals, in addition to the five won at World Championships, and introduced him as the greatest team sports coach in the world.

"We have a three-year project here, the duration of President BAP's term. The only title Bernardinho doesn't have is the Club World Cup. That's the one he's missing, and that's the one Flamengo wants. Let's go after it," concluded Marcus Vinícius.
