Despite not having won the 2007 state volleyball championship title, two CRFlamengo players were elected the best in the Men's State Championship.

After the 2007 state season, the coaches of Rio de Janeiro's top clubs selected their five best players. Among them were two red-and-black players who stood out during the season.

Erick Rossi (Libero) and Renan Barbosa (Forward) were the two Clube de Regatas do Flamengo players who received the most votes from coaches.

For Botafogo, the 2007 state champion, the chosen one was setter Pedro Henrique. Also completing the list were players Carlos Lopes (middle blocker / Unipli) and Henrique Ferrari (opposite / Macaé).
